How to Complete This Chart
- Calculate percentages: Make sure your distribution adds to exactly 100%
- Divide the circle: Use a ruler to draw lines from center to edge
- Each percentage point = 3.6 degrees (100% = 360°)
- Example: 25% = 90° (one quarter of circle)
- Use a protractor if available, or estimate visually
- Label each slice: Write the category name and percentage inside or next to each slice
- Color code: Use different colors for each category (colored pencils, markers, or shading)
- Complete the legend: Fill in the table below with colors, categories, and percentages

Pro Tips
- Visual clarity: Start at 12 o'clock and work clockwise
- Largest first: Draw the biggest slice first to make math easier
- Contrast: Use very different colors so slices are easy to distinguish
- Labels: If a slice is too small for text inside, draw an arrow to a label outside
- Presentation ready: This will be projected/displayed, so make it neat and readable

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Percentages don't add to 100% (too high or too low)
- Slices too small to read labels
- Similar colors making slices hard to distinguish
- No rationale for why you chose each percentage
- Distribution heavily favors one group (e.g., 60% to team)
During Your Presentation
Be prepared to answer:
- "Why did you allocate X% to [category]?"
- "What if investors dump their tokens immediately?"
- "How does this compare to similar projects?"
- "Is the community allocation sufficient for growth?"
- "What happens to unsold/unused tokens?"
