Overall management of training and research program; monitoring IRP progress; implementation of training with associated partners; integration of training/research with CDPs; monitoring dissemination best practices; reporting to SB. Regular quarterly meetings.
Ultimate decision-making body. Strategic directions of network; monitor/evaluate all IRPs; coordinate technical and financial aspects; approve training/dissemination/exploitation; establish objectives for nonacademic doctoral education; career prospects for DCs; monitor milestones and deliverables; IP strategy; diversity; scientific integrity. Bi-annual consecutive meetings.
Reviews DIGITAL's progress in training and research every six months. Issues recommendations and brainstorms ideas for training and research programs. Proposes corrective measures.
Supervising training and facilities issues; ensuring DIGITAL policies are consistent with implementation; engaging in discussions; voicing ideas and concerns to SB representative; ensuring engagement through social events for DCs and consortium members.
Setting strategy on organising courses and training activities; creating individual training plans for DCs taking into account career development; assisting consortium with supervision-related issues and conflicts.
Ensuring multiple and appropriate audiences are targeted throughout communication campaigns; monitoring implementation of communication and dissemination strategies; monitoring engagement from different audiences to maximise impact of DIGITAL results.
Identifying potential products and services from each IRP's outputs; proposing and monitoring creation of roadmaps, prototypes, and software; adoption of open science practices; sharing of knowledge, skills, and data. One designated IP officer and two officers for exploitation.
Establishing the network; managing relationships with external advisory board; coordinating overall work of the project at technical and financial level; monitoring content and progress of each WP; coordinating cooperation among WPs; assuring effectiveness according to measurement standards.
