Submission Plan (what to prepare before opening the form)
- PI block - name, email, phone (with country code), title, institution, country.
- Thrust areas - one or more of the four. Multi-thrust is allowed and the RFP encourages cross-area proposals.
- Title - one descriptive line.
- Project description - <=3000 characters. Should hit:
- Concept and objectives
- Which ADIA Lab digital-economy goals are addressed
- Application-readiness path (no purely theoretical pitches)
- UAE engagement angle if applicable
- 3 to 8 reviewers - full name + email each, no conflicts of interest per Appendix A of the RFP. The first 3 are mandatory.
- COI confirmation - need to be ready to confirm reviewers are conflict-free.
