Submission Plan (what to prepare before opening the form)

  1. PI block - name, email, phone (with country code), title, institution, country.
  2. Thrust areas - one or more of the four. Multi-thrust is allowed and the RFP encourages cross-area proposals.
  3. Title - one descriptive line.
  4. Project description - <=3000 characters. Should hit:
    • Concept and objectives
    • Which ADIA Lab digital-economy goals are addressed
    • Application-readiness path (no purely theoretical pitches)
    • UAE engagement angle if applicable
  5. 3 to 8 reviewers - full name + email each, no conflicts of interest per Appendix A of the RFP. The first 3 are mandatory.
  6. COI confirmation - need to be ready to confirm reviewers are conflict-free.
