Strategy and Plan

Document Purpose
Full Plan (post-fix) The complete proposal narrative for C7 TR-Real-Estate, with all 5 evaluator-hostile-review fixes applied: interpretable not causal, real-estate primary, FRG23+FRG24 as joint methodological precedent, regulator outreach honestly framed as “target outreach”, capacity building UAE-anchored. Full plan reads as the briefing document for both EOI tomorrow and the May 29 full proposal.
EOI Alternatives (5 additional bodies) Five additional paste-ready EOI bodies on topics B (HFT crypto), C (stablecoin de-peg), D (MENA-Bench), E (privacy-preserving AML/CFT), G (FM-free calibration). Each between 2700 and 3000 characters, style-check verified PASS. The team may submit any subset alongside the primary tokenised-real-estate EOI.

Funding shape

US$900,000 total over 2 years across 3 awards (US$300k/year/project max). Cooperative Agreement. In-person attendance at the 2026 ADIA Lab Symposium in Abu Dhabi by a senior representative is required.
