Work Packages#

The GREEN FINANCE project is structured around 5 Work Packages: 2 horizontal (WP1, WP5) that span the entire project duration, and 3 technical (WP2, WP3, WP4) that build sequentially upon each other.

WP1: Project Management & Quality Assurance#

Lead: ULBS (Romania) | Duration: M1 - M36

Objective#

Establish the foundation for project management, coordination, and quality assurance. Set consortium rules, draft the project management plan, and ensure alignment with project goals.

WP2: Preparation & Capacity Building#

Lead: ULBS (Romania) | Duration: M1 - M12

Objective#

Set the stage for curriculum development through introductory training, stakeholder engagement, and infrastructure setup. Ensure all partners are aligned on methodology and local needs.

WP3: Curriculum Development#

Lead: University of Twente (Netherlands) | Duration: M6 - M24

Objective#

Develop the green finance micro-credential curriculum through a co-creation process between EU and Asian partners. Ensure materials meet both international standards and local needs.

Development Stages#

Stage 1: Capacity Building (M6-M11)

  • EU partners lead training on micro-credentials methodology

  • Collaborative learning environment with peer-to-peer knowledge sharing

Stage 2: Curriculum Design (M11-M18)

  • Asian partners take the lead in designing their own curricula
  • Apply knowledge gained from EU training
  • Customize content for local markets

Stage 3: Review & Refinement (M18-M24)

  • EU partners assist with final review during mobilities to Asia
  • Ensure alignment with project standards and quality criteria
  • Finalize materials for piloting

Test the green finance micro-credentials with students and industry partners. Validate curriculum effectiveness and gather feedback for improvements.
