The quality assurance committee
One representative per partner, responsible for:
- Monitoring implementation quality
- Reviewing deliverables and training materials
- Conducting partner satisfaction assessments
External Evaluator
An independent external evaluator will be appointed through competitive selection to provide objective assessment of:
- Project effectiveness
- Implementation progress
- Stakeholder engagement
- Outcome sustainability
