How to Apply#
STSM Application Process#
- Check eligibility - Must be affiliated with an institution in a COST Full/Cooperating Member country
- Contact host institution - Arrange your research visit
- Submit application - Through e-COST system during open call
- Wait for approval - Grant Award Coordinator reviews applications
- Complete mission - Conduct research at host institution
- Submit report - Scientific report within 30 days of completion
VMG Application Process#
- Develop virtual project idea - Can be completed remotely
- Submit proposal - Through e-COST during open call
- Complete project - Deliver outputs
- Present results - At Action events and via podcast
ITC Conference Grant Process#
- Register for eligible conference
- Submit application - During open call
- Attend conference - Present your work
- Report outcomes - Share at Action events
