How to Apply#

STSM Application Process#

  1. Check eligibility - Must be affiliated with an institution in a COST Full/Cooperating Member country
  2. Contact host institution - Arrange your research visit
  3. Submit application - Through e-COST system during open call
  4. Wait for approval - Grant Award Coordinator reviews applications
  5. Complete mission - Conduct research at host institution
  6. Submit report - Scientific report within 30 days of completion

VMG Application Process#

  1. Develop virtual project idea - Can be completed remotely
  2. Submit proposal - Through e-COST during open call
  3. Complete project - Deliver outputs
  4. Present results - At Action events and via podcast

ITC Conference Grant Process#

  1. Register for eligible conference
  2. Submit application - During open call
  3. Attend conference - Present your work
  4. Report outcomes - Share at Action events
